Love Lift offers curated care packages including functional foods, soups, broths, prepared meals, desserts, snacks, wellness items, and fresh flowers.

We make every effort to display product information accurately; however:

  • Colors, packaging, or appearance may vary due to device settings or ingredient variations.

  • Because many items are handmade or freshly prepared, slight variations in appearance are normal.

  • All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice.

  • We reserve the right to discontinue any product, limit quantities, or decline orders.

We do not guarantee that products will meet your personal expectations.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

When placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to availability, delivery limitations, or concerns regarding accuracy of information provided.

Your order is not accepted until you receive an order confirmation email.

Perishable Goods
Many Love Lift items are perishable and made-to-order. Because of this, cancellations may not be possible once production has begun.

Customization Forms
Some Love Lift products (e.g., “Love in a Box” customization form) require recipient input. Orders may be delayed until the form is completed.

You represent that purchases are for personal, household, or gifting use—not for resale.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, promotions, and discounts may change without notice. Posted prices do not include taxes, delivery, or additional service charges unless stated.

Delivery times provided on the website are estimates only. We are not liable for delays beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Perishable Deliveries
Once a package is delivered to the address provided or to a concierge/front desk (where applicable), responsibility transfers to you. We are not responsible for:

  • Spoilage due to incorrect addresses

  • Items left outdoors

  • Missed delivery attempts

Risk of loss transfers to you upon handoff to the carrier or delivery partner.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Love Lift content—including text, graphics, photographs, branding, meal descriptions, designs, and packaging—is owned by Love Lift or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content without our written permission.

All Love Lift trademarks, logos, and product names are the property of Love Lift.

Love Lift is powered by Shopify. All purchases and interactions on our site are directly between you and Love Lift. Shopify is not responsible for any losses, claims, or issues relating to your transactions with us.
